Suspeita de edema macular cistóide: anomalia na convergência

| dc.description.abstract | Neste relatório de estágio são apresentados três casos clínicos que foram fornecidos pelo meu orientador de estágio e nos quais eu fiz uma análise cuidada. O primeiro caso clínico é de referenciação de patologia ocular de um paciente, onde após a realização de vários testes, incluindo a retinografia e angiografia fluoresceínica, há suspeita de um edema macular cistoide. Houve a necessidade de o reencaminhar ao Oftalmologista para confirmar a patologia e para serem feitos outros exames complementares de diagnóstico se necessário, sendo apresentada a melhor terapêutica para o caso. O segundo caso é de visão binocular, em que após a realização de vários testes e análise da binocularidade foi diagnosticada uma anomalia na convergência à paciente e foi proposto um plano de terapia visual e de manutenção pois era a terapêutica que tinha melhor prognóstico. O terceiro caso é de adaptação de lentes de contato hidrófilas tóricas, no qual um paciente estava interessado em usar lentes de contato, tendo sido utilizados diferentes testes, incluindo a lâmpada de fenda e a topografia. Após a respetiva análise adaptaram-se lentes de contato e verificou-se que a lente do olho direito estava rodada, tendo-se que efetuar a respetiva compensação da rotação, restabelecendo o valor da AV normal. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | In this internship report are presented three clinical cases that were provided by my internship supervisor and where I did a careful analysis. The first clinical case is about referencing ocular pathology of a patient, where after performing several tests, including retinography and fluorescein angiography, there is a suspicion of a cystoid macular edema. There was the need to send him to an Ophthalmologist to confirm the pathology and to be made other diagnostic complementary exams if necessary, being presented the best therapy for the case. The second is about binocular vision, where after performing various tests and binocularity analysis was diagnosed an anomaly in the convergence in the patient and was proposed a visual therapy and maintenance plan because was the therapy that had better prognosis. The third case is about hydrophilic toric contact lenses, in which a patient was interested in wear contact lenses, being used different tests, including the slit lamp and the topography. After its analysis were adapted contact lenses and it was verified that the lens of the right eye was rotated, having to compensate the respective rotation, restoring the normal VA value. | |
