| dc.description.abstract | O cenário organizacional é constituído de inter-relações entre diferentes atores da sociedade, no sentido de obtenção de recursos, de contentamento do público-alvo, de avanços na aprendizagem, no desempenho e no diferencial competitivo. Neste aspeto, o ecossistema empreendedor (EE) representa um ambiente em rede, com distintos níveis e específicos agentes que desenvolvem uma relação holística, para a vantagem de todos. Entre tais atores estão governos, universidades, investidores, start-ups, clientes e demais componentes do mercado, tais como funcionalidades relacionadas a políticas, benefícios financeiros, ideias, desenvolvimento de modelos de negócio, de conhecimento e de tecnologias. No ambiente do EE podem ocorrer influências sobre tipos de abordagens, como a transformação digital. Esta, por sua vez, estimula a adaptações na mentalidade, nos relacionamentos e no desempenho de funções e atividades. Percebe-se assim, a indissociabilidade entre o EE e a transformação digital. Contudo, são poucos os que abordam a relação direta entre estes componentes, entre os níveis macro, meso e micro do EE, bem como os stakeholders envolvidos. Neste contexto, este estudo apresenta seis capítulos. O primeiro capítulo aborda a influência dos atores das dimensões macro, meso e micro do EE na transformação digital. O capítulo dois, por meio de uma revisão sistemática da literatura (RSL), tem por objetivo identificar a relação entre os EE e a transformação digital. O capítulo três, tem como propósito estudar o impacto do sistema nacional de empreendedorismo (SNE) na transformação digital e verificar o efeito moderador do nível de desenvolvimento económico nesta relação. No que se refere ao capítulo quatro, o objetivo é o de analisar o impacto das variáveis de nível meso dos EE na transformação digital. O capítulo cinco, visa estudar o impacto das variáveis de nível micro dos EE na transformação digital. As limitações da investigação recaem sobre a análise de uma pequena quantidade de estudos que retratam sobre as dimensões do EE e a transformação digital e na falta de abrangência sobre a relação entre demais atores do EE e a transformação digital. Além disso, não foram verificados funções e metodologias específicas, realizadas por atores organizacionais para o alcance de resultados e desenvolvimento do EE. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The organizational scenario is made up of interrelationships among different actors in society, to obtain resources, to satisfy the target audience, and to advance learning, performance, and competitive advantage. In this aspect, the entrepreneurial ecosystem (EE) represents a networked environment, with distinct levels and specific agents that develop a holistic relationship, to the advantage of all. Among such actors are governments, universities, investors, start-ups, customers and other market components, such as policy-related features, financial benefits, ideas, development of business models, knowledge and technologies. In the EE environment influences can occur on types of approaches, such as digital transformation. This, in turn, stimulates adaptations in mentality, relationships and the performance of functions and activities. One can thus perceive the inseparability between EE and digital transformation. However, few address the direct relationship between these components, between the macro, meso, and micro levels of EE, as well as the stakeholders involved. In this context, this study presents four chapters. The first chapter addresses the influence of the actors of the macro, meso, and micro dimensions of EE on the digital transformation. Chapter two, through a systematic literature review (RSL), aims to identify the relationship between entrepreneurial ecosystems and digital transformation. Chapter three aims to study the impact of the national entrepreneurship system (NES) on digital transformation and to verify the moderating effect of the level of economic development on this relationship. About chapter four, the purpose is to analyze the impact of meso level variables of entrepreneurial ecosystems on digital transformation. Chapter five aims to study the impact of micro-level variables of EE on digital transformation. The limitations of the research lie on the analysis of a small number of studies that portray about the dimensions of EE and digital transformation and the lack of comprehensiveness about the relationship between other actors of EE and digital transformation. In addition, specific functions and methodologies performed by organizational actors to achieve EE results and development were not verified. | pt_PT |
