No decorrer do estágio na Ocular Eye Care deparei-me com vários casos clínicos, com diferentes graus de dificuldade. Este relatório apenas relata três desses casos, sendo cada um deles constituído por uma introdução, dados recolhidos nos testes optométricos, assim como o diagnóstico, o tratamento, o seguimento e a discussão. Os temas dos casos clínicos incluídos neste relatório são: suspeita de retinopatia diabética, adaptação de lentes de contacto multifocais e excesso de convergência.
During the stage in Ocular Eye Care I came across several clinical cases with different degrees of difficulty. This report relates only three of these cases, each case consists of an introduction, data collected in optometric tests, as well as the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up discussion. The themes of the clinical cases included in this report are: suspected of diabetic retinopathy, adaptation of multifocal contact lenses and convergence excess.
