Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo projetar uma estrutura em betão de um edifício
destinado a habitação. O projeto de estruturas de betão de edifícios permite a aplicação
dos conhecimentos na área das estruturas adquiridos ao longo do curso. A partir do
projeto arquitetónico, consegue-se definir as etapas que caracterizam o projeto de
estruturas de um edifício. O projeto de estruturas envolve a conceção, pré
dimensionamento, análise e discussão de várias soluções estruturais possíveis para a
execução da estrutura, tendo em conta o comportamento à ação sísmica e ações
gravíticas. Após a decisão da solução estrutural procede-se ao respetivo
dimensionamento e pormenorização.
O trabalho contempla diversas fases, desde a interpretação dos desenhos de arquitetura
até à estimativa orçamental da obra, pelo que se definiram duas soluções para a caixa de
escadas e a decisão do projeto a executar é tomada com base na solução mais económica.
A realização deste trabalho teve como base a aplicação dos Eurocódigos, nomeadamente
os que referem as normas de cálculo e regras de dimensionamento, pelo que se
encontram referenciados ao longo da dissertação.
Relativamente à análise estrutural, e através do programa de cálculo (TRICALC),
realizou-se o modelo tridimensional de elementos finitos, fundamental na prática
corrente da engenharia de estruturas.
Por fim, é elaborado o dimensionamento manual de alguns elementos estruturais para
poderem ser comparados com os resultados obtidos pelo programa para se poderem
validar e elaborar de forma clara a pormenorização.
This work aims to design a reinforced concrete structure for a residential building. The concrete structure design of buildings allows the application of knowledge in the field of structures acquired throughout the course. Based on the architectural project, the steps that characterize the structural design of a building can be defined. The structural design involves conception, preliminary sizing, analysis, and discussion of various possible structural solutions for the execution of the structure, taking into account the behavior under seismic actions and gravitational forces. After selecting the structural solution, the respective sizing and detailing are carried out. The work encompasses several phases, from interpreting architectural drawings to estimating the project's cost, and two solutions were defined for the staircase enclosure. The decision on which project to execute is based on the most economical solution. This work is based on the application of Eurocodes, specifically those related to calculation standards and design rules, which are referenced throughout the dissertation. Regarding structural analysis, a three-dimensional finite element model was created using the calculation software (TRICALC), which is fundamental in current structural engineering practice. Finally, manual sizing of some structural elements is performed to compare with the results obtained from the software, allowing validation and clear elaboration of the detailing.
