Este documento foi elaborado como parte integrante da unidade curricular do Estágio
Pedagógico, inserido no 2º ciclo de estudos, com o objetivo de obter o grau de Mestre em Ensino
de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário pela Universidade da Beira Interior. A prática
de ensino supervisionada ocorreu na Escola Básica e Secundária de Ourém, durante o ano letivo
2023/2024. O presente Relatório de Estágio está dividido em dois capítulos e tem como propósito
descrever as experiências e aprendizagens adquiridas ao longo deste período. O primeiro capítulo,
intitulado “Intervenção Pedagógica”, aborda de forma detalhada a atuação na instituição de
ensino, o desporto escolar, a colaboração com a direção de turma, a participação na vida escolar
e a integração na comunidade escolar. O segundo capítulo, “Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica”,
refere-se a um trabalho de investigação que tem como objetivo analisar o impacto do exercício
físico na aptidão física dos alunos do ensino básico. Os resultados obtidos indicam que quanto
mais atividade física os adolescentes praticam, melhores são os seus níveis de aptidão física.
This document was prepared as part of the curricular unit of the Pedagogical Internship, included in the 2nd cycle of studies, with the aim of obtaining a Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Beira Interior. The supervised teaching practice took place at Escola Básica e Secundária de Ourém, during the academic year 2023/2024. The present Internship Report is divided into two chapters and aims to describe the experiences and learnings acquired during this period. The first chapter, entitled “Pedagogical Intervention”, details the activities at the educational institution, school sports, collaboration with the class management, participation in school life, and integration into the school community. The second chapter, “Pedagogical Research and Innovation”, refers to a research project aimed at analysing the impact of physical exercise on the physical fitness of elementary school students. The results obtained indicate that the more physical activity adolescents engage in, the better their physical fitness levels.
