Abstract(s)
O foco da presente dissertação é um grande grupo de empresas nacionais. É de
conhecimento público que 96,1% das empresas Portuguesas são microempresas e, este valor
apresentou-se constante na última década.
Com o objetivo de incentivar e apoiar este grupo, o trabalho desenvolvido relata, numa
primeira instância, uma reflexão comparativa entre as contribuições dos mais conceituados
especialistas da Qualidade, bem como ferramentas e metodologias da Qualidade que as
organizações podem adotar de modo a agilizar e facilitar o controlo e a eficiência dos seus
processos. De seguida é apresentada a empresa que se disponibilizou para servir como caso
prático, a Vintage Mermaid, Lda. e com nome comercial Madrugada Brewing Company.
Na terceira parte são descritos os requisitos da norma internacional ISO 9001:2015. Esta
parte é estruturada seguindo o layout da norma. São relatados os passos do
desenvolvimento e da aplicabilidade à empresa alvo durante a apresentação dos requisitos
exigidos pela International Organization for Standardization. É possível ainda consultar,
durante a dissertação, os apêndices desenvolvidos – toda a informação documentada que
foi desenvolvida para fazer face às necessidades do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade da
Vintage Mermaid, Lda.
Em suma, todas as organizações são únicas se analisadas através da conjunção da sua
atividade e o seu modo organizacional – perfil da organização. É necessário compreender
que os templates do modelo do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade desenvolvido para a Vintage
Mermaid não são diretamente aplicáveis a mais nenhuma organização. E, é aqui que entra
o conceito de “Guia para o desenvolvimento e implementação” definido no título da
dissertação. O trabalho individual das organizações e o compromisso da gestão de topo são
essenciais para tornarem os templates, aqui fornecidos, adaptáveis às suas necessidades de
gestão e de controlo.
The focus of this dissertation is the largest group of national companies. It is public knowledge that 96.1% of Portuguese companies are micro companies, and this still has remained constant over the past decade. To encourage and support this group, the work developed reports, in a first instance, a comparative reflection between the contributions of the most respected quality specialists, as well as quality tools and methodologies that organizations can adopt in order to facilitate control and efficiency of their processes. The company that made itself available to serve as a practical case, Vintage Mermaid, Lda. with the trade name Madrugada Brewing Company is presented. In third part are described the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015. This part is structured following the standard layout. The development and applicability steps to the target company are reported during the presentation of the requirements demanded by the International Organization for Standardization. It is also possible to consult, during the dissertation, the appendices developed - all the documented information that was developed to meet the needs of the Quality Management System of Vintage Mermaid, Lda. In short, all organizations are unique if analysed by combining their activity with their organizational mode - the organization's profile. It is necessary to understand that the templates of the Quality Management System model developed for Vintage Mermaid are not directly applicable to any other organization. And, this is where the concept of “Guide to development and implement” defined in the dissertation title comes in. The individual work of organizations and the commitment of top management are essential to create the templates, provided here, adaptable to their management and control needs.
