Este Projecto foi elaborado no âmbito da disciplina de Dissertação em Engenharia Electromecânica.
Neste documento, pretendo descrever a interacção entre vários sistemas de refrigeração e a sua utilização de forma racional, numa possível implementação em uma indústria de produtos lácteos frescos e congelados, bem como identificar alternativas para melhora/rentabilizar ainda mais a eficiência energética e o rendimento dos sistemas de refrigeração, integrando para o efeito tecnologias ligadas a Refrigeração por Absorção.
This project was developed as an MSc dissertation in Electromechanical Engineering. In this work we intend to describe the interaction between multiple refrigeration systems and their rational use and possible implementation in a dairy industry of fresh and frozen goods. Also, we tried to identify alternatives for improvement / further monetize energy efficiency and performance of refrigeration systems, integrating for this purpose technologies related to absorption refrigeration.
