O presente relatĂłrio foi elaborado no Ăąmbito da unidade curricular de EstĂĄgio do Mestrado Integrado em CiĂȘncias FarmacĂȘuticas e encontra-se dividido em trĂȘs capĂtulos relativos Ă s vertentes de farmĂĄcia comunitĂĄria, hospitalar e investigação.
O primeiro capĂtulo enquadra-se na vertente de investigação e Ă© intitulado por âMedicamentos e Produtos FarmacĂȘuticos Potencialmente Perigosos em Meio Hospitalarâ. O objetivo deste estudo foi a elaboração de um manual que lista os medicamentos e produtos farmacĂȘuticos considerados perigosos em ambiente hospitalar e respetivas estratĂ©gias de prevenção de possĂveis acontecimentos indesejĂĄveis (resultantes da administração ao doente ou da exposição ocupacional do profissional de saĂșde).
O segundo capĂtulo diz respeito Ă vertente de farmĂĄcia hospitalar e descreve as atividades desenvolvidas durante o perĂodo de estĂĄgio nos Serviços FarmacĂȘuticos do Centro Hospitalar Cova da Beira, tendo este decorrido entre os dias 3 de fevereiro e 28 de março de 2014, totalizado em 320 horas. Neste capĂtulo estĂŁo descritas as vĂĄrias ĂĄreas onde se integra o farmacĂȘutico hospitalar.
O terceiro capĂtulo Ă© referente Ă vertente de farmĂĄcia comunitĂĄria e encontra-se dividido em duas partes, uma relativa ao estĂĄgio na FarmĂĄcia Pedroso (CovilhĂŁ) e outra relativa ao estĂĄgio na FarmĂĄcia Oliveira (Beja). O estĂĄgio na FarmĂĄcia Pedroso decorreu entre os dias 31 de março e 24 de abril de 2014 (160 horas) e na FarmĂĄcia Oliveira decorreu entre os dias 28 de abril e 18 de junho (320 horas). Este capĂtulo descreve as atividades desenvolvidas nesse perĂodo, descrevendo o funcionamento da farmĂĄcia comunitĂĄria e das tarefas e responsabilidades afetas ao farmacĂȘutico.
This report was prepared as part of the traineeship of the Pharmaceutical Sciences masterâs degree program and is divided into three chapters on aspects of community and hospital pharmacy and research. The first chapter describes the research component developed, entitled âHigh-Alert Medications and Pharmaceutical Products in a Hospital Environmentâ. The aim of this study was to develop a manual which establishes various risk criteria (or hazardousness) that lead to the classification of a drug or compounding ingredient as hazardous and to outline the appropriate strategies for prevention of possible adverse events (which result from administration of drugs to patients or from occupational exposure of health professionals). The second chapter describes the activities developed during the traineeship in Hospital Pharmacy, conducted in the Pharmaceutical Services of Centro Hospitalar Cova da Beira, between February 3rd and March 28th (320 hours). This chapter describes the various areas where it integrates the hospital pharmacist. This third chapter is related to the strand of community pharmacy and is divided into two parts, one refers to traineeship in Pedroso Pharmacy (CovilhĂŁ) and another refers to traineeship in Oliveira Pharmacy (Beja).The traineeship in Pedroso Pharmacy took place between March 31st and April 24th (160 hours) and Oliveira Pharmacy took place between April 28th and June 18th (320 hours).
