O presente relatório sintetiza o meu trabalho, aprendizagens e experiências vivenciadas
por mim durante o estágio pedagógico do mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos
Ensinos Básicos e Secundário no ano letivo 2019/20 na Escola Secundária Quinta das
Palmeiras e no Conservatório de Música da Covilhã. O estágio deu início no dia 2 de
setembro de 2019 estando estipulado terminar no dia 31 de maio de 2020, contudo,
devido à suspensão das atividades letivas presenciais no dia 16 de março de 2019, tendo
influenciado todo o trabalho realizado até à data, dando continuidade das atividades
letivas até ao dia 26 de junho. Este documento conta com a caracterização e
contextualização das instituições e turmas, bem como todo o processo de lecionação e
planeamento e reflexões aos mesmos.
Foi realizada uma revisão crítica do programa CSPAP (Compreensive School Physical
Activity Program) utilizando como base a literatura existente que envolve o tema,
assim como estudos efetuados de implementação do programa, com o objetivo de
propor sugestões de implementação na Escola Secundária Quinta das Palmeiras como
base no investigado.
This report sumarizes the work done during the Masters of Physical Education Teaching in Elementary and Secondary Education internship over the last school year of 2019/20 at Escola Secundária Quinta das Palmeiras and at Conservatório de Música da Covilhã. The intership started on september 2nd of 2019 and was supposed to end on may 31st of 2020, however, due to the suspension of in-class activities on march 16th of 2020, having influenced all work done until that time, having continued the school year until june 26th. This document contains the caracterization and contextualization of the institutions and the classes, as well as the whole process of teaching and planning and their reviews. A critical review was made on the CSPAP program (Compreensive School Physical Activity Program) having used the already existing literature on the subject, as well as case studies of implmentation of the program, with the objective of giving some sugestions on how to implement the program in the school where the internship took place.
