Considerando que a realização do estágio é um requisito imprescindível para a realização do
Mestrado no programa de Ensino de Educação Física para o ensino básico e secundário, oferecido
pela Universidade da Beira Interior, e constitui uma etapa essencial durante o segundo ano deste
curso, é imperativo desenvolver um relatório de estágio. O propósito fundamental deste documento
é apresentar uma visão abrangente de todas as atividades executadas e interações estabelecidas ao
longo do período letivo de 2023/2024.
Este estágio ocorreu na Escola Secundária Afonso Albuquerque, na cidade da Guarda, onde
acompanhei as turmas do 7ºB, do 11º A de Ciências e Tecnologia e a 11º de profissional de Técnicos
de Desporto. O mesmo desenrolou-se desde o dia 11 de setembro de 2023 até ao dia 14 de junho de
2024.
Escolhi esta escola para estagiar pois porque fica perto da minha área de residência, também
porque é uma das escolas mais conceituadas do distrito da Guarda, pude comprovar isso pois possui
excelentes condições principalmente para a prática das aulas de educação física. Por outro lado, tive
a oportunidade de trabalhar as sessões de aulas de uma maneira que não estava habituado a
trabalhar, tornando-se isto um desafio maior para mim.
Tudo o que vai ser apresentado neste relatório são as atividades em que estive envolvido
durante todo o ano letivo, mas também o meu trabalho de investigação que incidiu no tempo de
empenhamento motor que os alunos tiveram, comparando aulas monotemáticas e aulas
politemáticas.
Considering that the completion of the internship is an indispensable requirement for obtaining a Master's degree in the Physical Education Teaching program for primary and secondary education, offered by the University of Beira Interior, and constitutes an essential stage during the second year of this course, it is imperative to develop an internship report. The fundamental purpose of this document is to present a comprehensive overview of all activities carried out and interactions established throughout the academic year of 2023/2024. This internship took place at Afonso Albuquerque Secondary School in the city of Guarda, where I accompanied the 7thB and the 11th A classes in Sciences and Technology, as well as the 11th class in Professional Sports Technicians. It unfolded from September 11, 2023, to June 13, 2024. I chose this school for the internship because it is close to my residential area, and also because it is one of the most reputable schools in the Guarda district. I could confirm this as it has excellent conditions, especially for the practice of physical education classes. On the other hand, I had the opportunity to approach teaching sessions in a way I was not accustomed to, making it a greater challenge for me. Everything presented in this report encompasses the activities I was involved in throughout the academic year, as well as my research work that focused on the motor engagement time of students, comparing monothematic and polythematic classes.
