Abstract(s)
O presente relatório pretende expor o trabalho realizado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular
de Estágio pedagógico, inserida no 2º Ciclo de estudos que visa obter o grau mestre em
Ensino de Educação física nos ensinos básico e Secundário na Universidade da Beira
interior.
O relatório de estágio apresenta-se dividido em dois capítulos. No primeiro capítulo
“Intervenção Pedagógica”, é apresentado o trabalho realizado durante o estágio
desenvolvido no Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão, no ano letivo de 2023/2024. Este
tem o intuito de demonstrar o processo de lecionação nos diferentes ciclos, nomear e
descrever as principais aprendizagens e dificuldades e relatar sobre a experiência da
participação e lecionação no desporto escolar e intervenção na comunidade escolar.
No segundo capítulo “Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica”, pretende-se apresentar o
Projeto de Investigação realizado e aplicado durante o ano. Este estudo visa demonstrar,
através de avaliações e analises semanais, o desempenho dos alunos nos testes de Salto
Horizontal, Push-Up e Abdominais ao longo de 16 semanas, numa turma de 12º ano, onde
procuramos compreender a progressão e identificar padrões de melhoria. O critério de
desempenho consiste na realização dos exercícios até à exaustão, com objetivo de obter
uma melhoria semanal. A pesquisa aborda a relação entre o desenvolvimento biológico,
métodos de avaliação de força, intervenções escolares e fatores sociais, preenchendo uma
lacuna específica em estudos longitudinais para alunos do 12º ano. Com este projeto
pretende-se também oferecer novos horizontes de práticas para aprimorar os programas
de treino em ambientes escolares, ao mesmo tempo que contribui para uma compreensão
mais abrangente do desenvolvimento físico nessa faixa etária.
This report aims to present the work carried out as part of the Pedagogical Internship Curricular Unit, which is part of the 2nd Cycle of Studies aimed at obtaining a master's degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools at the University of Beira Interior. The internship report is divided into two chapters. The first chapter, "Pedagogical Intervention", presents the work carried out during the internship at Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão, in the 2023/2024 school year. It aims to demonstrate the process of teaching in the different cycles, name and describe the main learnings and difficulties and report on the experience of participating and teaching in school sport and intervening in the school community. The second chapter, "Research and Pedagogical Innovation", aims to present the research project carried out and applied during the year. This study aims to demonstrate, through weekly evaluations and analysis, the performance of students in the Horizontal Jump, Push-Up and Abdominal tests over 16 weeks, in a 12th grade class, where we seek to understand progression and identify patterns of improvement. The performance criterion consists of performing the exercises to exhaustion, with the aim of obtaining a weekly improvement. The research addresses the relationship between biological development, strength assessment methods, school interventions and social factors, filling a specific gap in longitudinal studies for 12th graders. This project also aims to offer new horizons of practice to improve training programs in school environments, while contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of physical development in this age group.
