Abstract(s)
O presente relatório foi concebido no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Estágio
Pedagógico, inserida no 2º Ciclo de estudos, visando obter o grau de Mestre em Ensino
de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário na Universidade da Beira Interior.
No primeiro capítulo do documento é apresentada a intervenção pedagógica
concretizada no ano letivo 2022/2023, na Escola Secundária Campos Melo. Neste
contexto, são expostos e analisados todos os procedimentos de organização e gestão do
processo de ensino e aprendizagem, a participação no Desporto Escolar e outras
atividades, bem como o acompanhamento da direção de turma e a integração na
comunidade educativa.
O segundo capítulo ‘‘Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica’’ apresenta o projeto de
investigação realizado durante o ano letivo, que teve como finalidade analisar a relação
entre a prática de Atividade Física e o desenvolvimento da Autoestima e das
Competências Sociais e Emocionais. Neste sentido, foram aplicados três questionários:
International Physical Activity Questionnaire – short version (IPAQ – SV); Escala de
autoestima de Rosenberg - RSES - Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (Rosenberg, 1989;
Traduzido e Adaptado para adolescentes portugueses em contexto forense e escolar por
Pechorro et al. 2011); Questionário de Competências Sociais e Emocionais - SEC-Q
(Zych et al., 2018; Traduzido e Adaptado por Lobo et al., 2019). O estudo contou com a
participação de cinquenta e um alunos. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram que o nível
de Atividade Física é um preditor positivo, no que diz respeito às Competências Sociais
e Emocionais dos alunos, contribuindo com insights valiosos para toda a comunidade
escolar, reforçando assim a importância de desenvolver projetos e programas educativos
que estimulem a prática de Atividade Física, sendo esta uma estratégia com potencial
para promover o desenvolvimento integral dos alunos.
This report was conceived within the scope of the Internship Curricular Unit Pedagogical, inserted in the 2nd cycle of studies, aiming to obtain the degree of Master’s in Teaching of Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Beira Interior. In the first chapter of the document is presented the pedagogical intervention implemented in the school year 2022/2023, at the Campos Melo Secondary School. In this context is exposed and analysed all the procedures of organization and management of the teaching and learning process, participation in School Sport and other activities, as well as the support to the class direction and the integration in the educational community. The second chapter ''Research and Pedagogical Innovation'' presents the research project carried out during the school year, which had as purpose: to analyse the relationship between the practice of Physical Activity and the development of Self-esteem and Social and Emotional Skills of students. In this regard, three questionnaires were administered: the International Physical Activity Questionnaire – short version (IPAQ – SV); Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) (Rosenberg, 1989; Translated and Adapted for Portuguese adolescents in forensic and school settings by Pechorro et al. 2011); Social and Emotional Competencies Questionnaire - SEC-Q (Zych et al., 2018; Translated and Adapted by Lobo et al., 2019). The study involved the participation of fifty-one students. The results obtained have shown that the level of Physical Activity is a positive predictor regarding Social and Emotional Competencies of the students. offering valuable insights for the entire school community, thus reinforcing the importance of promoting educational projects and programs that encourage physical activity. This is a strategy with the potential to positively influence the holistic development of students.
