Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio foi realizado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular
Estágio Pedagógico, inserida no plano de estudos correspondente ao segundo ano, do
Mestrado em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da
Universidade da Beira Interior (UBI). Este mesmo estágio foi realizado na Escola Sede
do Agrupamento Dr. Guilherme Correia de Carvalho, em Seia, no ano letivo 2022/2023,
culminando na prática pedagógica em contexto escolar.
A primeira parte do presente documento, intitulada de “Intervenção
Pedagógica”, procurou descrever e refletir todas as práticas tidas na escola no presente
ano letivo. Trata-se de um testemunho profundo de toda a experiência vivida, tanto na
intervenção da organização e gestão do ensino e da aprendizagem, bem como na
participação na escola e na relação com a demais comunidade educativa, que demonstra
barreiras ultrapassadas e conquistas obtidas.
A segunda parte do presente documento, intitulada de “Investigação e Inovação
Pedagógica”, procurou analisar os efeitos da aplicação de um programa de treino, em
contexto escolar, em variáveis de Aptidão Física e Desempenho Tático, durante a
lecionação de uma unidade didática de basquetebol. Através da aplicação de um
programa de treino previamente idealizado para potencializar a aprendizagem nestas
mesmas variáveis, durante o período de aquecimento nas aulas de Educação Física, foi
possível demonstrar que programas multivariados podem ser aplicados em contexto
escolar, pois são excelentes instrumentos pedagógicos, corroborando outros estudos que
defendem que é preciso repensar ferramentas alternativas à intervenção pedagógica.
This internship report was carried out within the scope of the Pedagogical Internship Curricular Unit, inserted in the study plan from the second year of the Master in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and High School Education at the University of Beira Interior (UBI). This same internship was held at the Headquarters School from Agrupamento Dr. Guilherme Correia de Carvalho, in Seia, in the 2022/2023 school year, culminating in the pedagogical practice in school context. The first part of this document, entitled “Pedagogical Intervention”, sought to describe and reflect all the practices adopted at the school in the current school year. It is a profound testimony of the whole experience, both in the intervention of the organization and management of teaching and learning, as well as in the participation in the school and in the relationship with the other educational community, demonstrating the barriers that were overcomed and the achievements obtained. The second part of this document, entitled “Investigation and Pedagogical Innovation”, sought to analyze the effects of applying a training program, in a school context, on Physical Aptitude and Tactical Performance variables, during the teaching of a basketball didactic unit. Through the application of a previously designed training program to enhance learning in these same variables, during the warm-up period in Physical Education classes, it was possible to demonstrate that multivariate programs constitute a useful and effective pedagogical alternative to be used in Physical Education classes.
