Abstract(s)
A seguinte dissertação tem como objeto de estudo a condição atual do
exercício da arquitetura, procurando perceber quais foram as alterações,
inovações e novidades que têm surgindo nesta área, mas também todas as
premissas que conduziram ao estado atual da arquitetura em tempos de crise,
para melhor entender a evolução desta nova realidade e melhor conjeturar o
caminho a percorrer.
A fim de tornar tudo isto claro e percetível serão tidas em conta as
realidades eminentes, novas formas de estar, no âmbito da arquitetura, e as
conjunturas sociais que obrigaram à mudança de paradigmas. Serão assimilados
pontos de vista incluídos em bibliografia atual, publicações online , jornais, teses
e outras fontes que se revelem pertinentes para este estudo.
A análise destes novos contornos deverá esclarecer a importância das
alterações sociais e urbanas e a sua concreta contribuição para a evolução área
profissional. Torna-se relevante perceber quais são as manifestações que
contrariam o período de austeridade, mas especialmente conhecer as práticas
das reações de inovação a este momento.
Pretende-se também procurar e sublinhar as soluções emergentes e
materiais que acompanham e protagonizam esta época, com seleção de alguns
casos de estudo.
Sintetizada esta informação, deverá atingir-se uma base sólida para uma
proposta bem fundamentada de um equipamento para a Covilhã, uma sugestão
de museu para a cidade, tornando a tendência de mudança dos atuais tempos
em arquitetura numa ideia que reflita esse novo contexto, uma vez que acima de
tudo a arquitetura se afirma com modelos formais.
The following thesis has as study object the current condition of the architectural work, looking to understand which were the changes and news that have arising in this area, but also every premise that leads to the current architecture plight in crisis times to better understand the evolution of this new reality and better forecast the way to go through. To make all this clear and discernible, will be taken in count the eminent realities, new ways of being in the architecture scope and the social conjuntures that forced paradigms to shift. Will be assimilated points of view included in current bibliography, web publications, newspappers, other thesis and fonts that became relevant for this study. The analise of this new shapes should clarify the value of social and urban changes and its concrete contribution to the evolution of the architectural career. Its relevant to understand wich are the manifestations that contradict a austerity period but specialy a inovation time one. It is also intended to seek and underline the technical solutions and the materials that follow and star these times, with the selection of some study cases. Synthesized, this information, should achieve a solid base for a well substantiated proposal of a building for Covilhã, a suggestion of a museum for the city, making this current trend in architecture in the idea that reflects, that new context, since above all the architecture is affirmed with formal models.
