Este trabalho aborda um estudo para a aplicabilidade de um modelo de manutenção de uma instalação metalomecânica, em que a área de manutenção dos equipamentos de produção passará por um processo interno de reestruturação, alterando a forma de actuação actual para uma nova metodologia onde o objectivo principal é o ensino/ aprendizagem.
Para este novo cenário, propõe-se uma reavaliação das actividades e responsabilidades dos envolvidos com as actividades de manutenção, evidenciando o aspecto da manutenção, elaborando e fornecendo propostas para a melhoria da sinergia operacional, valorizando os colaboradores (alunos) e o alcance de resultados positivos para as áreas envolvidas e para a organização (escola).
This paper addresses a study for the applicability of a maintenance model of metalomechanical installation, in which the area of production equipment maintenance will undergo significant internal restructuring, changing the present actuation form to a new methodology where the main objective is teaching / learning. For this new scenario, we propose a reassessment of responsibilities and activities involved with maintenance activities, emphasizing the aspect of maintenance, developing and delivering proposals for the improvement of operational synergy, valuing the employees (students) and the achievement of positive results for the areas involved and for the organization (school).
