Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como finalidade apresentar um projeto de estabilidade de um edifício
destinado a habitação comum, localizado na Covilhã. Este trabalho é constituído por diferenciadas
fases de projeto, desde a sua conceção inicial até à fase final de dimensionamento.
Tendo em consideração as plantas arquitetónicas, condições geotécnicas e envolvente, optou-se por
escolher uma estrutura mista aço-betão, em que a estrutura de aço é relativa às escadas de acesso
aos pisos e caixa de elevadores.
De modo a obter a solução estrutural do edifício, subdividiu-se o trabalho em diferentes fases,
começando pela definição das ações permanentes e variáveis, pré-dimensionamento e
dimensionamento. Neste trabalho o dimensionamento de elementos de betão armado, incidiu no
cálculo de uma laje e uma viga. Nos elementos metálicos foram realizados os cálculos para
diferentes vigas e para um pilar.
Para a realização deste trabalho foram aplicados diversos conhecimentos adquiridos no decorrer do
curso, tais como os adquiridos nas disciplinas de betão armado, estruturas metálicas e dinâmica e
engenharia sísmica.
No que diz respeito à modelação da estrutura, esta foi realizada no programa de cálculo automático
Tricalc, efetuando assim o dimensionamentos e verificações necessárias, sempre tendo em
consideração as ações e combinações regulamentares, a fim de se obter um bom desempenho a nível
estrutural.
Na execução deste trabalho recorreu-se a variadas normas, regulamentos nacionais, Eurocódigos e
tabelas técnicas.
This document aims to present a stability project of a building intended for housing, located in Covilhã city. So they are presented the different project phases, from its initial conception to final measurement phase. Considering the architectural plans, geotechnical conditions and surrounding, it was decided to make a mixed steel-concrete structure, where the steel structure is present on the stairs of access to floors and lifts. In order to obtain the building structural solution, this document was divided into different phases, starting by definition of actions, permanent and variable, pre-design and design. The measurement of reinforced concrete elements and the calculus of the metallic elements been performed for different beams and one pillar. For this work, has applied various knowledge acquired during the course, in the disciplines of reinforced concrete, steel structure and dynamics and earthquake engineering. Regarding the structure modeling, this has been performed in the automatic calculation program Tricalc, performing the measurement and the verifications, always taking into account the actions and combinations in order to obtain a good structural performance level. The execution of this document was been based on various standards, national regulations, Eurocodes and technical tables.
