O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Estágio
Pedagógico, inserida no 2º Ciclo de estudos, com o objetivo de obter o grau de Mestre
em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário pela Universidade da
Beira Interior.
O relatório está dividido em duas partes. A primeira parte aborda o estágio
pedagógico em si, efetuado na escola básica e secundária Soares Basto, detalhando todas
as atividades desenvolvidas, trabalhadas e atuadas. No primeiro capítulo, é apresentada
a intervenção pedagógica realizada no ano letivo de 2023/2024. Neste contexto, são
analisadas as várias áreas nomeadamente: Organização e gestão do Ensino
aprendizagem, Participação na Escola e Relação com a Comunidade e Desenvolvimento
Profissional.
A segunda parte, intitulada Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica, trata do
desenvolvimento de um projeto de investigação concretizado na Escola de acolhimento
do Estágio. Este projeto, cujo tema é "Atitudes e Motivação dos Alunos em Atividades
Gímnicas nas Aulas de Educação Física", contou com a participação de 232 alunos, com
idades entre 10 e 17 anos, pertencentes ao 5º, 7º e 10º anos. O estudo teve como objetivo
geral investigar as atitudes e motivações dos alunos em relação às atividades gímnicas
nas aulas de Educação Física, identificando fatores que podiam influenciar
negativamente o seu envolvimento nessas atividades. Com base nos resultados obtidos,
constatou-se que a maioria dos alunos da Escola Básica e Secundária Soares Basto
demonstra uma apreciação pela prática de ginástica, especialmente entre os alunos mais
velhos. Isso sugere que o contato contínuo com a ginástica e a experiência adquirida ao
longo dos anos escolares influenciam positivamente a atitude dos alunos em relação a
essa modalidade. No entanto, a perceção de dificuldade das atividades, a monotonia das
aulas de ginástica devido à falta de variedade e a preocupação com o risco de lesões
emergiram como barreiras significativas para o envolvimento dos alunos.
This report was prepared as part of the Pedagogical Internship course unit, included in the 2nd cycle of studies, aiming to obtain a master’s degree in physical education teaching in Primary and Secondary Education at the University of Beira Interior. The report is divided into two parts. The first part addresses the pedagogical internship itself, carried out at the Soares Basto Primary and Secondary School, detailing all the activities developed, worked on, and performed. The first chapter presents the pedagogical intervention carried out in the 2023/2024 school year. In this context, various areas are analyzed, namely: Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning, Participation in School and Community Relations, and Professional Development. The second part, entitled Pedagogical Intervention and Innovation, deals with the development of a research project conducted at the host school for the internship. This project, themed "Students' Attitudes and Motivation in Gymnastic Activities in Physical Education Classes," involved the participation of 232 students, aged between 10 and 17 years, from the 5th, 7th, and 10th grades. The general objective of the study was to investigate students' attitudes and motivations regarding gymnastic activities in Physical Education classes, identifying factors that could negatively influence their engagement in these activities. Based on the results obtained, it was found, that the majority of students at Escola Básica e Secundária Soares Basto demonstrate an appreciation for the practice of gymnastics, especially among older students. This suggests that continuous contact with gymnastics and the experience gained throughout the school years positively influence students' attitudes towards this modality. However, the perceived difficulty of the activities, the monotony of exercise classes due to a lack of variety and concerns about the risk of injury emerged as significant barriers to student engagement.
