Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório de Estágio foi realizado no âmbito da unidade curricular de
Estágio Pedagógico e visa dar a conhecer todo o trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do ano
letivo 2021/2022, o qual decorreu no Agrupamento de Escolas da Amato Lusitano, em
Castelo Branco.
Na primeira parteé apresentada uma descrição pormenorizada do que foi realizado
durante o estágio pedagógico, no que concerne à intervenção junto das turmas do
Ensino Secundário, especificamentedo 11º ano do curso profissional de Desporto. Aqui
são abordados temas como: o planeamento, desenvolvimento de unidades didáticas,
processo de ensino-aprendizagem e avaliações. Posteriormente, são descritas as aulas
lecionadas no 2º e 3º ciclo, concretamente no 6º ano e no 8º ano, aulas essas que foram
realizadas na Escola Básica de João Roiz, pertencente ao Agrupamento de Escolas
Amato Lusitano. De seguida, apresenta-se uma descrição do trabalho desenvolvido no
Desporto Escolar e a relação com a comunidade escolar, assim como também são
explanadas algumas reflexões sobre como decorreu todo este processo.
A segunda parte do relatório de estágio contempla o projeto de investigação, o qual
incide sobrea perceção dos estilos de liderança dos professores de Educação Física e
lecionação no Ensino Regular e no Ensino Profissional. Nesse sentido, pretendeseverificar se existem ou não diferenças na forma como as aulas são lecionadas, tendo
em consideração o tipo de ensino. Para este efeito foi realizada recolha de dados em que
se aplicouum questionário adaptado e validado. Esse mesmo questionário foi divulgado
através das redes sociais com o objetivo de atingir o maior número de inquiridos por
todo o país. Após a sua aplicação, e posterior análise dos resultados através do
programa de análise estatística do SPSS - Statistical Package for the Social Sciencesfoi possível concluir qual o estilo de liderançaadotado pelos professores de Educação
Física nas suas aulas, concretamente o estilo democrático, assim como asdiferenças
evidenciadas entre o Ensino Regular e o Ensino Profissional, nomeadamente, uma
maior facilidade em lecionar no ensino regular, a motivação dos alunos que difere entre
os ensinos, a nível avaliativoexiste benefício para os alunos do ensino profissional,
existem também diferenças na comunicação para com os alunos em ambos os ensinos,
os conteúdos programáticos são abordados de diferentes maneiras e o relacionamento
entre professor-aluno difere entre os ensinos.
This Internship Report was carried out within the scope of the Pedagogical Internship curricular unit and aims to present all the work developed throughout the 2021/2022 academic year, which took place at the Amato Lusitano School Group, in Castelo Branco. In the first part, a detailed description is presented during the practical internship, regarding the intervention with the Secondary School classes, specifically, the 11th year of the professional course in Sport. Here are smart topics: development, teachinglearning process development done and estimates. Subsequently, classes taught in the 3rd and 2nd cycle, belonging to the basic education group. Next, a description of the work developed in School Sports and the relationship with the school community as well as how this entire process took place. The second part of the internship report includes the research project, which focuses on the perception of leadership styles of Physical Education teachers and teaching in Regular Education and Professional Education. In this sense, it´s intended to verify whether there are differences in the way the classes conducted, considering the type of teaching. For this purpose, data collection was carried out in which an adapted and validated questionnaire was applied. This same questionnaire was sharethrough social networks with the aim of reaching the largest number of respondents across the country. After its application, through its program of statistical analysis of the results of the SPSS - Statistical Package for the Social Sciences - it was possible to study the style of leadership of Physical Education teachers, concretely, the democratic style, as well as the differences between the Regular Teaching and the Teaching Professional, namely, aeasier in teaching in regular education, the motivation of students differs between classes, at the evaluative level there is benefit for students of professional education, there are also differences in communication with students in both teachings, the educational programsaredevelopment in different ways and the teacher-student relationship differs between teachings.
