Este relatório de estágio foi desenvolvido no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Estágio
Pedagógico, correspondente ao segundo ano do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação
Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, na Universidade da Beira Interior (UBI). O
estágio ocorreu no Agrupamento de Escolas Frei Heitor Pinto, durante o ano letivo
2023/2024, como parte integrante do processo de obtenção do grau de Mestre neste
curso. A primeira parte deste documento, intitulada "Intervenção Pedagógica",
contextualiza a escola e os seus órgãos, abordando ainda a minha lecionação nos
diferentes ciclos de ensino. Esta secção caracteriza o planeamento, o processo de
ensino/aprendizagem e as formas de avaliação. Além disso, inclui a participação no
desporto escolar, a assessoria à direção de turma e a integração no ambiente escolar. A
segunda parte, intitulada "Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica", apresenta um estudo
que analisa e compara o impacto da instrução verbal, da demonstração e da
combinação de ambas no desenvolvimento das competências táticas dos alunos em
Educação Física. Os resultados indicam que todas as abordagens foram benéficas para
a melhoria da performance tática no Corfebol, sem uma clara distinção entre elas. No
entanto, o grupo que recebeu uma instrução isolada apresentou médias superiores às
dos outros grupos. Por outro lado, a abordagem combinada revelou-se como a mais
motivante para a prática desportiva.
This internship report was developed as an integral aspect of the Pedagogical Internship Unit within the second year of the Master's programme in Physical Education Teaching for Primary and Secondary Education at the University of Beira Interior (UBI). Conducted during the academic year 2021/2022, the internship took place at the Frei Heitor Pinto School Group, representing a crucial component in the pursuit of a Master's degree in this field. The opening section, entitled "Pedagogical Intervention," offers an overview of the school and its organisational framework, outlining my engagement across various educational stages. This segment covers aspects such as planning, the teaching and learning process, and assessment methodologies. Furthermore, it includes participation in school sports, advisory duties to the class director, and integration within the school community. The subsequent section, titled "Research and Pedagogical Innovation", introduces a study analysing and contrasting the effects of verbal instruction, demonstration, and a blend of both on the enhancement of students' tactical abilities in Physical Education. Findings suggest that all methods contributed positively to the improvement of tactical proficiency in Korfball, with no discernible disparity among them. Nevertheless, the group receiving verbal instruction exhibited more favourable outcomes in comparison to other groups, while the combined instruction group showcased augmented involvement in the game.
