O seguinte relatório foi redigido com base nas situações, vivências e aprendizagens proporcionadas
pela unidade curricular de estágio.
Este realizou-se na área de ensino, sendo a entidade que acolheu o mesmo a Escola Secundária
Quinta das Palmeiras, sendo que mais tarde, foram ainda realizadas observações de aulas no
Conservatório de Música da Covilhã.
Para além da lecionação das aulas, estivemos envolvidos ativamente no apoio aos alunos com
necessidades de saúde permanentes e no desporto escolar, nomeadamente nas multiactividades.
No decorrer deste estágio pedagógico, e devido à Covid-19, o funcionamento foi condicionado, uma
vez que as escolas encerram e o regime de aulas passou a ser online, obrigando a uma alteração do
planeamento definido.
O relatório conta assim com a descrição dos processos desenvolvidos e aplicados durante todo o
estágio e a intervenção em 3 turmas distintas.
Foi ainda realizado um trabalho de investigação com o intuito de relacionar as ações do docente de
educação física, com a atividade física dos alunos em contexto de aula. Avaliando assim a qualidade
do ensino. Para o mesmo foram realizadas observações de aulas, utilizando a ferramenta SOFIT+,
entrevistas semiestruturadas, e os dados adquiridos através de cardiofrequencímetros. Foram
observadas aulas relativas a modalidades coletivas e individuais, onde foi possível observar que em
média os alunos encontram-se em 47,75% do tempo de aula em AFMV, o que se encontra dentro da
média observada em outros estudos, posteriormente foi realizada um comparação com os dados da
ferramenta SOFIT+, algumas relações entre a %AFMV dos alunos e as ações do docente.
The following report was written based on the situations, experiences and learning provided by the internship curricular unit. The curricular internship took place in teaching Physical Education, hosted in Quinta das Palmeiras Secondary School and Music School Institute in Covilhã. We were actively involved in supporting students with permanent health needs and school sports, namely in multi-activity and teaching process. During internship, and due to Covid-19, teaching activities were condition, since schools are closed, and the class regime was online changing the plan made. This report includes a description of all teaching process and the Investigation study, focus on active School, by evaluating teaching intervention. The class observations were made by using SOFIT + tool, semi-structured interviews, and the data acquired through heart rate monitors. Classes related to team and individual sports were observed, it was possible to observe that on average the students are in 47.75% of the time in MVPA, which is within the average observed in other studies. Later, was made a comparison between the data from the SOFIT +, the % MVPA of the students and the actions of the teacher.
