O presente relatório visa sintetizar a experiência adquirida ao longo do ano letivo 2023/2024,
durante o período de estágio pedagógico realizado no Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão.
No capítulo 1 é abordada a intervenção pedagógica, que consistiu no acompanhamento de uma
turma de 12º ano durante os três períodos letivos, bem como a observação de duas turmas
lecionadas pelos colegas estagiários, 11º e 12º ano. Adicionalmente, a participação como
coadjuvante numa turma de 8º ano e o acompanhamento de aulas no 2º Ciclo do Ensino Básico.
No âmbito do Desporto Escolar e do grupo DE Comunidade, a experiência incluiu a observação de
diversas modalidades, bem como a participação ativa em algumas delas, assumindo a
responsabilidade pela elaboração e lecionação das mesmas. Além disto, tive oportunidade de
colaborar na organização de outras atividades da comunidade escolar.
No Capítulo 2, o relatório aborda o trabalho de investigação realizado, com objetivo de avaliar o
Impacto do Treino Intervalado de Alta Intensidade (HIIT) na Composição Corporal, Frequência
Cardíaca e Perceção do Esforço dos participantes, alunos do 12º ano. Durante 8 sessões distribuídas
ao longo de 5 semanas, os participantes foram submetidos a exercícios de HIIT, com medições de
peso, percentagem de massa gorda, índice de massa corporal e frequência cardíaca antes e após cada
sessão.
The present report aims to synthesize the experience gained throughout the academic year 2023/2024, during the pedagogical internship period carried out at the Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão. In Chapter 1, the pedagogical intervention is addressed, which consisted of accompanying a 12thgrade class during the three academic terms, as well as observing two classes taught by fellow interns, 11th and 12th grade. Additionally, there was participation as an assistant in an 8th-grade class and the observation of classes in the 2nd Cycle of Basic Education. Within the scope of School Sports and the Community DE group, the experience included the observation of various sports modalities, as well as active participation in some of them, assuming responsibility for their elaboration and teaching. Additionally, there was the opportunity to collaborate in organizing other activities within the school community. In Chapter 2, the report addresses the research work conducted, with the objective of evaluating the Impact of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the Body Composition, Heart Rate, and Perception of Effort of the participants, 12th-grade students. Over 8 sessions spread across 5 weeks, participants underwent HIIT exercises, with measurements of weight, percentage of body fat, body mass index, and heart rate taken before and after each session.
