O relatório de estágio foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado de Educação Física nos
Ensinos Básico e Secundário. O estágio foi realizado no ano letivo de 2024/2025 e
desenvolvido na Escola Básica de São Domingos, escola sede do Agrupamento de Escolas
A Lã e a Neve. O estágio pedagógico constituiu uma etapa determinante no processo de
formação profissional, proporcionando aprendizagens significativas e a aquisição de
conhecimentos essenciais à prática docente no âmbito da Educação Física. Este percurso
permitiu o desenvolvimento e o aperfeiçoamento de competências fundamentais para
uma intervenção pedagógica mais eficaz, orientada para a melhoria da qualidade da
instrução e da aprendizagem dos alunos. Ao longo do presente trabalho, são
apresentados elementos que caracterizam o ambiente escolar e evidenciado o papel
central do professor na promoção do sucesso educativo e no desenvolvimento global dos
alunos. O primeiro capítulo resume todo o trabalho realizado ao longo deste ano letivo.
Inclui-se a contextualização da escola, a apresentação do grupo de Educação Física, a
planificação das aulas nos diferentes ciclos de ensino, as atividades desenvolvidas na
escola, o desporto escolar e considerações finais. No segundo capítulo, designado de
Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica, teve como objetivo analisar os efeitos de diferentes
volumes de treino e destreino de um programa de força em alunos do 3º Ciclo.
The internship report was made regarding the Master’s degree in Physical Education in Primary, Middle and High School. The internship was completed in the Academic Year 2024/2025, at the São Domingos Primary School, headquarters school of the A Lã e a Neve School Group. The pedagogical internship was a decisive stage in the professional training process, providing significant learning and the acquisition of essential knowledge for teaching practice in the field of Physical Education. It has enabled me to develop and perfect the skills that are essential for more effective pedagogical intervention, geared towards improving the quality of instruction and student learning. Throughout this work, elements that characterise the school environment are presented and the central role of the teacher in promoting educational success and the overall development of students is highlighted. The first chapter summarizes the work conducted throughout this Academic Year. It includes the contextualization of school, the introduction of the Physical Education group, the class planning in the different educational stages, the activities carried out, the Desporto Escolar and several other final considerations. In the second chapter, Research and Pedagogical Innovation, aimed to analyze the effects of different volumes of training and detraining of a strength programme on 3rd cycle students.
