Esta dissertação de mestrado apresenta o projeto de criação de uma empresa de soluções
tecnológicas aplicadas aos cuidados e educação para a saúde — a “TechCare Solutions”.
A “TechCare Solutions” irá dedicar-se à comercialização de produtos tecnológicos de medição
de parâmetros ambientais e fisiológicos, expressando-os de forma inovadora. Estes parâmetros,
quando alterados, comprometem a saúde humana. O seu primeiro produto será o
“Learn&Care”, dirigido a crianças entre 3 e 10 anos.
O desenvolvimento do plano de negócios visa determinar a viabilidade da implementação da
empresa no mercado. Para apoiar o desenvolvimento deste plano, nomeadamente na questão
da análise de mercado, foi criado e aplicado um inquérito. Foram realizadas três versões do
mesmo, a primeira para pais ou adultos com crianças a cargo, a segunda para educadores e
professores de crianças entre 3 e 10 anos e a última para médicos e psicólogos.
No decorrer da realização do plano de negócios foi elaborada uma análise da envolvente interna
e externa da empresa. Posteriormente, foi formulada a estratégia que a empresa irá
implementar no mercado.
Concluiu-se, no final, que a “TechCare Solutions” é um projeto com potencial de aceitação no
mercado, financeiramente, viável e que apresenta o retorno do investimento após cinco anos
de atividade.
This master's dissertation presents the project of creating a technological solutions company applied to health care and education - "TechCare Solutions". "TechCare Solutions" will focus on the commercialization of technological products for the measurement of environmental and physiological parameters expressing them in an innovative way. These parameters, when altered, compromise human health. It first product will be "Learn & Care", aimed at children between 3 and 10 years. The development of the business plan aims to determine the viability of implementing the company in the market. In order to support the development of this plan, particularly in the matter of market analysis, a survey was set up and implemented. There were three versions of the same, the first for parents or adults with children in charge, the second for educators and teachers of children between 3 and 10 years and the last for doctors and psychologists. During the execution of the business plan an analysis of the internal and external environment of the company was elaborated. Subsequently, the strategy that the company will implement in the market was formulated. It was concluded at the end that "TechCare Solutions" is a project with potential for market acceptance, financially feasible and that shows the return on investment after five years of activity.
