Abstract(s)
O objectivo fundamental desta dissertação é a identificação de
um conjunto patrimonial arquitectónico quase esquecido, bem como a
resolução teórica de alguns problemas através da concepção de uma
metodologia projectual aplicável ao caso de estudo.
A progressiva descaracterização arquitectónica e paisagística
do antigo Colonato Agrícola de Pegões pode conduzir a uma perda
irreversível deste conjunto com elevado interesse histórico-cultural que,
a curto prazo, se não forem adoptadas o quanto antes, e em simultâneo
as medidas preventivas, dinamizadoras e de incentivo que permitam a
sua valorização e salvaguarda, pode culminar no esquecimento ou na
perda total de um património tão singular.
São estes os aspectos fundamentais retratados ao longo deste
documento, com o intuito de apontar soluções teóricas viáveis para
preservar a essência de um conjunto patrimonial coeso e equilibrado,
detentor de uma importante envolvente natural, histórica e social que
lhe permite desfrutar de variadíssimas perspectivas de futuro. Tentando
assim combater possíveis intervenções que conduzam à criação de um
património museológico estagnado ou a um somatório de
descaracterizações individuais que podem levar à perda de todo o
conjunto.
The fundamental objective of this dissertation is the identification of an almost forgetful architectonic patrimonial, such as the theoretical resolution of some problems through the conception of a methodology applicable projectual to the study case. The progressive architectonic and urban decharacterization of the Pegões old Agricultural colony, which has an enormous historical and cultural value. This problem can conduct to an irreversible loss and forgetfulness of this whole, if some countermeasures won´t be applyied with incentive and dynamic measures, allowing this way the safeguard and valorization of this singular patrimony. This are the fondamentals shown along this document, with the intention to show some viable theoretical solutions to preserve the essence of a joined and equilibrated patrimonial whole, detainer of a natural, social and historical essence and an undeniable future potentialities. The main goal is to fight the interventions that can create a stagnant patrimony or a sum of individual decharacterization, conducting to an irreversible loss.
