Resumo do capítulo 1
profissional. Resumo do capítulo 2
No entanto existe
Abstract chapter 1 This document is intended as a teaching practice report experienced by the author and is part of the requirement of the course Teacher Training, the second year of Masters in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education of the University of Beira Interior. The stage took place in high school Frei Heitor Pinto, Covilhã during the school year 2014/2015 and objective is a description and reflection about the whole process experienced. Most of the work was based on the teaching component, which was essentially completed with three other tasks: the sports school, class management monitoring and research activities related to pedagogical practice (Chapter 2). Of course the great support this development have been oriented students. Alongside these also refer to the counselors who helped direct the work. This whole process had a positive balance by briefly providing the author with a set of learning that become more prepared for professional performance. Abstract chapter 2 Motor coordination is an important skill in sports performance, therefore it’s fundamental to understand the processes and factors that might influence it. Innumerous studies have showed the importance of sports practice for improving motor coordination, however there is little knowledge about the most efficient methods. In this study we look to analyze total motor coordination values of young teenagers according to their sports diversity, genre and age. The subjects were children of both genders between the age group of 12 to 14 years old, of which 14(35%) are male and 26 (65%) were female from an urban school in Covilhã, Castelo Branco, Portugal. The subjects were then stratified in 3 groups: those who practiced one or none sports (G1); those who practiced two sports (G2); and those who practiced three or more sports (G3). Motor coordination values were measured through motor coordination test battery (Körperkoordinationstestfür Kinder - KTK) which contains four exercises (backwards walking on platform, one leg jumps, lateral jumps, platform shifting). Total Motor Quotient doesn’t present differences (p> 0.05) between the 3 test subjects groups. However there is a favorable trend in motor coordination level in subjects with more sports diversity. This trend is also observed in male gender and in older subjects. Can be concluded, even though the results are not significant (p> 0.05) that sports diversity seems to improve motor coordination levels, therefore, it is of great importance for children and teenagers development.
