O presente documento foi elaborado no âmbito da unidade curricular do Estágio
Pedagógico, inserido no 2º ciclo de estudos, com vista à obtenção do grau de Mestre em
Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade da Beira
Interior. A prática de ensino supervisionada decorreu na Escola Secundária Frei Heitor
Pinto, no ano letivo 2022/2023. O seguinte Relatório de Estágio encontra-se dividido em
dois capítulos e pretende descrever as aprendizagens e vivências ocorridas nesse período
de tempo. O primeiro, ‘‘Intervenção Pedagógica’’, discorre, detalhadamente, sobre a
atuação na instituição de ensino, o desporto escolar, a assessoria à direção de turma, a
participação na escola e integração na comunidade escolar. O segundo, ‘‘Investigação e
Inovação Pedagógica’’, diz respeito a um trabalho de investigação onde se procurou
investigar os efeitos da lecionação de uma unidade didática a partir de duas abordagens
metodológicas distintas: uma com prevalência na exercitação técnica, e outra com
prevalência na exercitação contextualizada de situações de jogo. Os resultados obtidos
permitiram concluir que a exercitação prevalente de situações de jogo contextualizadas,
levou a resultados significativamente positivos nas variáveis de desempenho em
comparação com abordagem com prevalência na exercitação técnica descontextualizada.
This report was prepared within the scope of the curricular unit of the Pedagogical Internship, part of the 2nd cycle of studies, aiming to obtain a Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Beira Interior. The supervised teaching practice took place at Escola Secundária Frei Heitor Pinto, in the academic year 2022/2023. The following Internship Report is divided into two chapters and intends to describe the learning and experiences that occurred during this period of time. The first chapter, ''Pedagogical Intervention'', discusses, in detail, the performance in the educational institution, school sports, the work carried out at the level of Class Head-teaching assistance, participation in the school and integration in the school community. The second chapter, ''Research and Pedagogical Innovation'', focuses on the exposition of the developed research project, where, in this case, it was debated with the analysis of the impact of two antagonistic methodological approaches, during a Basketball didactic unit, using an essentially analytical approach in comparison with another one based on the exercise of contextualized tasks in a game situation. The results obtained allowed us to conclude that the prevalent exercise of contextualized game situations led to significantly positive results in the performance variables, in comparison with the approach with prevalence in the decontextualized technical exercise.
