Este documento foi elaborado como parte integrante da unidade curricular do Estágio
Pedagógico, inserido no 2º ciclo de estudos, com o objetivo de obter o grau de Mestre em
Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário pela Universidade da Beira
Interior. A prática de ensino supervisionada ocorreu na Escola Secundária São João de
Deus, Faro, durante o ano letivo 2023/2024. O presente Relatório de Estágio está dividido
em dois capítulos e tem como propósito descrever as experiências e aprendizagens
adquiridas ao longo deste ano letivo. O primeiro capítulo, intitulado “Intervenção
Pedagógica”, aborda de forma detalhada a atuação na instituição de ensino, o desporto
escolar, a colaboração com a direção de turma, a participação na vida escolar e a integração
na comunidade escolar. O segundo capítulo, “Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica”, referese a um trabalho de investigação que tem como objetivo analisar a influência que o desporto
escolar tem na aptidão física dos estudantes do ensino secundário. Os resultados obtidos
revelam que os estudantes que praticam desporto escolar têm melhores níveis de aptidão
física.
This document was prepared as an integral part of the Pedagogical Internship course unit, included in the 2nd cycle of studies, with the aim of obtaining a Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education from the University of Beira Interior. The supervised teaching practice took place at São João de Deus Secondary School, Faro, during the 2023/2024 academic year. This Internship Report is divided into two chapters and aims to describe the experiences and learning acquired throughout this academic year. The first chapter, entitled "Pedagogical Intervention," provides a detailed account of the performance at the educational institution, school sports, collaboration with the class management, participation in school life, and integration into the school community. The second chapter, "Research and Pedagogical Innovation," refers to a research project that aims to analyze the influence of school sports on the physical fitness of secondary school students. The results obtained reveal that students who participate in school sports have better levels of physical fitness.
