O presente Relatório de Estágio foi elaborado no âmbito do estágio curricular realizado no Serviço de Nutrição e Actividade Física. De uma forma detalhada são expostas todas as actividades desenvolvidas, merecendo especial destaque as que são englobadas na prática de avaliação e intervenção psicológica, bem como, as de investigação. Com esta explanação procura-se demonstrar as competências treinadas, testadas e adquiridas ao longo deste ano de prática clínica.
