A concorrência é cada vez maior e as necessidades e desejos dos consumidores são cada vez
mais exigentes, querendo sempre mais e melhor. Cabe ao Marketing desenvolver estratégias e
técnicas para ir ao encontro dessas necessidades e ajudar as empresas a oferecerem e
prestarem os seus produtos/serviços aos consumidores. A ferramenta crucial que veio
revolucionar a forma como se trabalha, atualmente, o marketing numa empresa é a internet.
De entre as suas inúmeras vantagens, veio ajudar as empresas a chegarem a todos os
consumidores ao mesmo tempo e de forma muito mais rápida, tendo dado origem ao que hoje
se denomina de Marketing Digital, uma área que complementa, com uma ênfase cada vez maior,
os pressupostos do Marketing.
O relatório que a seguir se apresenta tem como objetivo cruzar as informações que obtive
durante a licenciatura e mestrado em marketing com as atividades que desenvolvi ao longo do
estágio numa empresa de Marketing Digital, a Mediacenter, LDA

The crucial tool that has revolutionized the way one currently works marketing in a company is the internet. Among its many advantages, it helped companies reach all consumers at the same time and in a much faster way, giving rise to what is now called Digital Marketing, an area that complements, with an increasing emphasis, the assumptions of Marketing. The report presented below aims to cross-reference the information I obtained during my undergraduate and master's degree in marketing with the activities I developed throughout the internship at a digital marketing company, Mediacenter, LDA.
