Discussão de problemáticas de género em Portugal, nos contextos domésticos e profissionais, temas de dois projetos a decorrer na Universidade da Beira Interior. O tópico principal da comunicação é a diferença entre homens e mulheres no que diz respeito ao uso de tempo. Este é mesmo o tema central do projeto financiado pela FCT «Tempo e tecnologia: uma abordagem de género para o contexto português.»
Brief discussion of major issues of gender inequality in Portugal, in the domestic and professional contexts, which are addressed by two major projects at the University of Beira Interior. The focus is on the difference of time use between the genders, imposed by the prevailing gender regime, a major theme of the FCT-funded project «Time and Technology: a gender approach for the Portuguese context».
