Abstract(s)
conjuntivo subordinado.
televisão, e aprofundada posteriormente no percurso académico.
The target of this paper is to make a comparison of the use of the subjunctive in Portuguese and Castilian languages and to validate and specify the cohesions and differences in the use of this verbal mode in both idioms. We begin by considering the use of the independent conjunctive and then analyze the use of subordinating conjunctive. The choice of this topic was motivated by the need that emerges from the difficulties we face in practicing the use of the conjunctive. Being able to study in two languages: a native language, acquired by parental teaching, in an ordinary way and which we improve along schooling, and a foreign language – the Castilian - a language we learn without standards, mostly transmitted by television and deepened, later, in an academic environment. As a result, we believe that this study will contribute to future educational practices, in the sense that we will provide the tools needed for proper understanding of its use in both languages. We add that, with this study, we propose to make the conjunctive, a conscious, normalized and disciplined practice.
